Falling In Love Again

Sometimes, you lose that spark you once had when you’ve been in a relationship for too long. Of course you want to bring that magic back, and to make that possible, you have to work at it. Relationships make life more interesting, and you just don’t give up when things don’t work your way. And if you’ve had spats, try to reverse the roles. Seeing things from his point of view may help you understand him more. Scale back and see if things come down after. Then, talk about your side as well. This isn’t a one-way street, and you also need to be heard.

To bring the love you once had back, inject some variety into your routine. Mix things up a bit and make life a bit more exciting. Plus, when you switch your tasks, you also get to help each other by giving tips and offering help. When you trade responsibilities, you bring a sort of freshness back into your daily lives, and that little change could actually make you both see why you work so well together and why you need each other.

Another great move would be to do something daring. Sometimes, you just need to get that adrenaline rush to appreciate where you are right now. Instead of just staying home on a weeknight, try to challenge each other by going rock climbing or anything that gets your heart pumping. The roller coaster experience releases the brain chemicals that you get when you find someone attractive. And when you feel the rush, you’ll look at each other in a whole new light. It’s nice to relive that moment when you two first met and fell in love. If you’re both creatures of habit and thrive on the familiar, this doesn’t mean that you have to deprive yourselves of the rush as well. Establish a routine that will get you both laughing and make sure to inject this into your weekly schedule. It doesn’t have to be too mushy. In fact, love can stem from something silly. At least when you’re out in public, you’ll have this private joke that no one else will be able to get, and that makes things even more special. Sharing that bond that no one else gets makes you feel more connected. Aside from that, you also make your partner feel more special because this is something you don’t do with your friends.

If you want to regenerate love and get those goose bumps, you need to make each other realize what is so special about what you two have. Serve him breakfast and let him know that he’s the first person on your mind when you wake up in the mornings. Greet each other warmly and when you’re the first to arrive home from work, flash him a genuine smile the moment he walks in the door. A good greeting makes a world of difference because you give a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘coming home.’ You’ll soon both see that you’re lucky to have found each other.
